Pursuant to shareholders’ resolution passed at Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on September 06 September, 2021 the Object of the Company was changed vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated October 4, 2021 issued by Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana vide CIN U51100DL2005PTC137127. Pursuant to shareholders’ resolution passed at Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on September 6, 2021 the name of the Company was changed to Avax Soft Technologies Private Limited vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated October 11,2021 issued by Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana. Pursuant to shareholders’ resolution passed at Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on November 09, 2022 our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to Avax Soft Technologies Limited vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated November 18, 2022 issued by Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana vide CIN U5110DL2005PLC137127. Further pursuant to shareholders’ resolution passed at Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on May 08, 2023 the Object of the Company was changed vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated May 15, 2023 issued by Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana vide CIN U14101DL2005PLC137127 & the name of the Company was changed to Avax Apparels and Ornaments Limited vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated June 15, 2023 issued by Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana vide CIN U14101DL2005PLC137127
